Cosmetic Acupuncture to increase muscle tone, improve circulation, and relax facial muscles can be done in between micro needling treatments and as often as every 3 days.

The best course of treatment is one time weekly for 5-10 weeks depending upon the health of your skin.

Microneedling: please wait 6-8 weeks between treatments.

For maintenance of youthful skin, I recommend Facial Acupuncture + Nano Needling instead of Microneedling.

Some common precautions for acupuncture include but are not limited to:
