DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE. HSA & FSA Accepted.
Retreatment Wellness does not accept insurance. Superbills will be provided to those seeking reimbursement through health plan coverage. Prior authorization may be required for coverage under your health insurance plan. Please check with your plan’s advisors prior to making an appointment.

POLICIES:
New Patients are charged a $40 deposit to secure time on the schedule. This deposit will be applied to the first treatment or to a late cancellation or “no show” fee.
Existing Patients may be charged $40 for Late Cancellations and No Shows. Grace is allowed at the discretion of the practitioner.
Packages have an expiration. If you are not able to complete a package within the prescribed time, please alert Retreatment Wellness to make arrangements.
Existing Patients have the ability to manage and schedule appointments and print-out receipts through the patient portal.
